On the left and up above is me! You CAN change your life if you want to!
My story begins early in my life. I was always an overweight child and naturally it became worse as I encountered my teens. Growing up in an environment where everyone is overweight you tend to see it as the "norm".
I am a perfect example of when you set your mind to do something you can do anything!! Let's get started on your journey today!
In 2012 I became pregnant with a beautiful baby boy. I once again, tipped the scales at
200lbs! I was so depressed. I was extremely happy with my blessing but after many years
of keeping the weight off I had gained it all back! I refused to sit on a pity pot and do
nothing about it. Through a strict diet and exercise (when I was able to) I lost all the weight
in 4 and 1/2 months! I did not take any crazy pills, no ridiculous diet and I could only
workout about 45 minutes a day because I had an infant.
You DO NOT need to do crazy and radical things to get healthy and feel better about yourself!
Let me be your guide! Email me today for information.

My journey began when I was 18 and I was told I was obese at a doctor's visit. I was tipping the scales at 200lbs. After that day, I knew I had to do something. I had no idea where to start! So, I started reading and trying to learn about healthy eating. The first two changes I made where that I actually started eating throughout the day. Who would have thought that my one poptart in the morning and a huge dinner would have left me 70lbs over weight! I had always assumed that I wasn't eating much so it can't be my food, right? The second change I made was I began walking around the neighborhood three days per week. After five months of doing this I was down to 170lbs and I was hooked!
I joined a gym and learned as I went along. It took me over a year but I managed to lose 70lbs! Since then, I have devoted my life to fitness and health. I absolutely love to help others adapt to a more healthy lifestyle.
